The staff was great. Loved the trolley station. The park was definitely clean, but there was only 1 dumpster in the park and we had to take it ourselves. Was surprised that they did not pick up trash at the sites, since they drove by in their golf carts several times a day. And the bathrooms were clean but there are no air conditioners in them, so it was quite uncomfortable.

We spent 5 wonderful days there during the bikes, blues and bbq. The place was clean and much quieter than I expected during that event. Was glad to speak with the owner. He was polite and very appreciative of his staff. They did a wonderful job of keeping the place maintained. We will definitely go back again. Thanks for providing a great place to stay.

We stayed in a nice pull through spot. This park is clean and beautiful. I'd stay there anytime. The staff was so friendly too. Great location within walking distance to the Passion Play.

It’s been several years since we stayed here but this is a wonderful place to stay. We had a medical emergency and the people there were so nice. We needed to extend our stay and they worked with us and made sure we had what we needed. Very friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again.

If you plan to go there, just know that they are all about their rules and regulations, and have zero compassion or flexibility.
We had to cancel our reservation due to an accident that happened a week before we we to arrive that prevented me from walking and driving for several weeks. Be aware that they are unmoving on their refund policy. They kept our entire fee for all 3 days we were to be there, plus tax, just over $150. We asked if they would credit it, or even a portion of it, for a later visit, but they refused that and also refused to refund any of the charge. To be fair, that’s what their policy says, but it seems pretty greedy to be so rigid. Apparently $150 will make or break them. It’s too bad that they’re so hung up on their policy. We would have liked to visit there, and I’m sure they don’t care, but there’s no way I’d go there after this.
