I stayed here for almost 9 months. It's a pretty peaceful place to stay. It's very easy to get to in a large rigg, as it’s located right off the main highway. It located very close to the stadium, as well as Dickson street (nightlife, bars, ect.). The owner is awesome and very friendly. The only negative is it's a bit pricey, if you plan to stay awhile, as there is no monthly discount. Other than that, I highly recommend this RV park. Also a great place if you happen to have a small pet, as there is a really pretty / large wide open field to walk them. I really enjoyed my stay here!

This is the south side of Fayetteville, we didn't realize it until we settled. We did walk everywhere, but you may take advantage of free local transit after you find your way around. I've seen reviews mentioning noise, it's normal highway traffic, unrelated to the park. A little unfair to blame the location on noise, blame the city, if it seems loud. It isn't noisy late, but sometimes early morning on a workday. This place really filled up on the weekend. I only saw Jerry once, but he was always available by text, and when we were due to depart we were pleased Jerry was able to provide an additional two days, there wasn't another RV park within an hour away that was not full. Some never replied to queries. So, it was adequate for us, and I would consider it again, if in the area.

Just don’t use their showers/bathrooms. Looks like a medieval dungeon. They couldn’t even be bothered to put a clean curtain over the window. They had a huge new Trump flag, waving out front, but the bathrooms had filthy curtains with holes in them. Shows you where their priorities are.😂
On the positive side, Convenient location and the hook ups were OK.

I spent 5 months here while in town for work. This is a no frills park so don't expect to be pampered. I've seen multiple reviews reporting no picnic tables but that is entirely untrue. There are several picnic tables which are covered by open structures. Also the coin operated laundry worked perfect and allowed me to stay in the park instead of toting my laundry to a laundry mat. I also noticed a few reviews complaining about the wifi. I was parked on the back side of the park and never had any problems. This was a very quiet place and I never had any complaints. If you have delicate sensibilities you might consider leaving the RV at home and book a room at your favorite hotel instead

Manager was helpful in coordinating our reservation and lot number. We were hoping for a quiet stay but did hear the Tyson food plant noises 24 hours a day, the trucks moving down the highway, and the neighborhood dogs barking constantly. We did not know the bathroom facilities would be closed.
