was nice till this new company bought it now they've out meters on the water next electricity we signed a year with the other owners that is still a valid contract regardless of the new owners

Park has improved bout 70% compare to reading reviews an dates of reviews. Yeah 6 months plus you would swear there was no manger on site true be wasn't never here, didn't want to do much. But now pond cleaned up tremendously trees in field mostly trimmed up 10 ft off ground,grounds thru park kept trimmed, cut, and blowed. There Landry room been remodeled in and out, kept clean, price on Landry cheaper than driving 22 miles free WiFi now with pass code, RV lots kept clean fresh gravel being added as needed. Everyone keeps there Rv's clean an area neat, there's no theift going on, NO cops in an out cause of, there is no problems they make few rounds help keep eye out. In the night, an once in am. Got great owners who care bout there properties including Indian springs in bryant ar. Who go up out thier way to make accommodations for everyone's needs spending $ to improve better place to live for all welcome, the owner are who deserve thnx to for caring an have faith in those who help along as community who want better living,not those who don't try complain time in time out, those who can't be bothered to take few mins each day an take care of your own,that's what's gotton us all here where we are today, working hard together with few wonderful folks helps us along. I'm greatful for them an there friendship they are not obliterated to help anyone, that doesn't come around much in a lifetime. I can say for everyone even ones who are very few who don't try thanks for coming into our lives changing thing to better an sticking around hope an pray MRS BETTY & Tom Quarrles stay little while longer most care and you 2 our making difference in people's lives. If i could give a zero on the rating I would. The maintenance man is lazy and keeps sticking his nose into everyone's business and if you have your wife or girlfriend with you he calls them on the phone all the time. If they have something to tell you if you don't answer the door they will beat all the way around your camper until you answer.

No cable on my side of the park. 110 plug on my box dosen't work. Contacted mgr. Doesn't seem concerned. Not fixed. Laundry room is locked n dosen't seem to have used forever.
