Called to check availability I said, I was calling to see if you had any monthly availability and her phone cut out. I said and direct quote. I’m sorry I’m having trouble hearing you, what was that? The woman said, well you need to call me back when you have a better connection and then hung up. Not sure I would want to stay in a park that hangs up on callers?
I have lived here for 2 1/2 years, with my husband and two kids. It is very kid friendly and I assure you that it is a VERY SAFE place for anyone to live. The whole time we have lived here we have never had anything stolen and we have never had anyone messing around with our possessions. Yes, I do lock my doors when I am not home, but that is anywhere I have ever lived. There is rules that are implied to EVERYONE in the park and if you don't follow them, you will be notified and something will happen! I let my kids run around and play outside with no worries! The park is very clean and the pool is great! People around this neighborhood really know how to make you feel at home, their is people that don't get along in the park with one another, but they still tolerate each other and everyone gets along! There has been people who have lived here for more than 10 years, and I can seen why!! Great place to live!
The owner was very nice and it was very peaceful
Was wanting to rent a spot here but the owner would not even talk to me after hearing that I had an American Bull dog. She is the sweetest, most non aggressive dog I have ever meet. My son has taken her to show and tell with a class room full of children. She has also been to the hospital to visiting sick children. The owner was very prejudice. If you are a pet own I implore you not to do business with them. The prejudice will never stop if we continue to let it. Please dc NOT rent from these people.
Great long term facility with pool and laundry facility. With many propane centers near by including Anderson Gas and Propane with the cheapest Propane in the erea. Sold by the tank not the pound.
