Me and My Have Family Have stayed here sense April and Absolutely love it! We have had Great neighbors come and go in passing My Husband Absolutely loved to spend his time Fishing the Pond. The owners are truly Amazing and kind people. We are so Glad that we chose this RV Park and I would definitely recommend it to people in the Future.

Would give no stars if I could. The pictures on their website are very misleading, you are packed in like sardines. There is very little room between campers and the road through the campground is narrow. They charge sales tax if you pay monthly but Arkansas law clearly states that no sales tax can be charged. The owner is not friendly at all. They do not enforce all pets on leashes. Numerous times I would be outside my camper and various dogs would come up and they were not always friendly. The so called lake is really just a spring fed pond. They have definitely made sure the pictures make it look much better than it actually is. And you never know when you will not have any water pressure and if it is a very windy day you will most likely lose your electricity. I have listed all the things I think people should know before staying here. It wouldn’t be right to list the bad and list nothing good. NOTHING GOOD.

We stayed here 4 days in a 40' motorhome towing a car. Easy entry & exit off highway. Gravel site was level, wide & long enough for our big rig & car. It's a quiet, well maintained, no frills park on a family farm. Good AT&T reception. Tina, one of the owners,
is terrific. Location is convenient to Walmart & tourist attractions. (Ft Smith easy 1-1/2 hr drive). We would definitely stay here again.

I can not say enough about what a great place this was. They are very welcoming and very accommodating. We went there for the weekend just me, my wife and our dogs. The property is very nice and hook ups are easily accessible. They had a pond for fishing and a stream that we followed and were able to let our dogs run through. The next time we are in that area to visit friends we will definitely stay here. I highly recommend this place for a nice little getaway.

My husband, 2 kids and I stayed long term for about a year and loved every minute of it! The owners were kind and attentive and the property is beautiful! They were welcoming from the day we got there and my kids loved the creek. We couldn’t have asked for a better park for our stay in Arkansas!
