Mr Pearson was very friendly as well as the other guests. Waterfront property was definitely a bonus. Nice quiet and quaint place, would recommend to anyone

I'm editing my review, and I will say exactly why. It seems that people who cause trouble here do eventually get removed but there's a major issue with this. Long periods of time will pass that these people are allowed to invade your space and otherwise behave in trashy ways. If this person(s) have been here longer than you and are closer to the park owners age, the owner will tell you to "get over it" and make ridiculous demands like "be friends with your neighbors or move out!", when your neighbor is treating you terribly. No, I don't have to be friends with anyone, Mr. Pearson. How incredibly disrespectful but birds of a feather will flock together I suppose. The bath house is open but both sides are questionable and use at your own risk situation. There's trash on the floor, poo in the broken toilets on both sides. There's no light on the men's side and the door on the womens side is broken and the drain is clogged. A weekend here may be ok, but long term isn't such a great idea due to unfair favoritism. You'll regret it. You've been warned fairly, good luck.

I have stayed in several places and this place Pearsons Landing exceeds all others, traffic is so quiet and you are totally immersed in nature, birds tweeting butterfly's doing what ever they do. The people I have meet here have been great and for the post part keep to themselve. By far the very best place I have stayed

Water nearby mesquitos, a bit noisy and crowded.
