The staff that oversees the lots can be incredibly nitpicky. Even if you own the mobile home itself, as long as it's on their plot, they will micromanage irrational appearance imperfections. I am all for a maintained and neat mobile home park, but they sure do put you under a microscope and are quick to fine you.

Worst landlords ever. They are rude and don’t communicate well with you. They don’t help out when you need assistance. Reason my roommate moved out. Ive witnessed an issue that was supposed to be resolved within a month and i was waiting for deposit to be viewed, done and sent to me. Now they play “I dOnT KnOw WhAt YoU’rE TaLkInG AbOuT” and they’re having us wait another few months to return deposit. I don’t recommend at all. Besides they mobile homes need a lot of TLC and Fixing up.

I have a friend who I visit frequently and I have no complaints. Park is clean and residents seem decent!

So i used to live here for years The old staff was great new staff keep telling me to wait to get my deposit back Its been like that for months This new staff is so rude I dont recommend this place to live for the staff that works here My lawyer told me i can sue this place because someone is living under my name all this months thta they haven't pay me back
