Randy is a fair and polite park manager. Park is quiet and in an ideal location minutes from downtown but out of the way of the majority of traffic. Spots are concrete and drive is asphalt, parking can sometimes be tight with personal vehicles however. Overall I would recommend anyone to stay on site especially if you’ll be in town for a while. I was here for 6 months working night shift and was very content.

Very friendly and helpful and easy to deal with. Military friendly and kid friendly the accommodations are up to standards as well. With basketball a workout area and restrooms that are newly remodeled. Easy access to I-40/440 and plenty of local options for entertainment. Would definitely recommend

It was good for an overnight. The spots are small. Average price. It was clean and near town so not too far to get off my route.

I’ve been here for several months now, and it’s been great! Randy is always ready to help, and the grounds are well kept. It has 30 and 50 amp hook ups, and they’re constantly making improvements. There are some full timers, but the campers are kept up and the people are quiet and respectful. I really appreciate the efforts made to keep the place quiet and nice looking; if you don’t follow the rules, you have to leave.

We were told we could stay there for $40 a night full hook up but full hook up meant no dumping. If in Lottle Rick stay at the downtown RV park. It is right on the river and has full hook ups (really!) and it has a gorgeous view of the river. Oh and it was less than the )40 ( did I mention it is cash only here with no receipt!). We will stay downtown RV for now on!!!!!
