I have been staying here since January. They have washer and dryer on site. Nice and quite place. Plenty of parking. Awesome new owners. Driving distance and walking to everything around

We have been here 2 1/2 years. The owners are always nice and friendly. They will help out any way they can to get you set up and settled in. A nice clean and peaceful place to live.

Great location, wish there was cable or wifi but stayed over a month and showers were clean, laundry room was clean and besides the traffic noise, the park was nice and quite at night, great place to stay if you can get a spot, they are very busy, location, location, location, thanks Cheryl, you are a very friendly host! Hope I can get a spot next time I'm threw!

My family and I were planning to stay here overnight on Saturday, Sept 29th. We checked in and paid cash bc that’s all they would accept. We were eating on the deck of our trailer when a pit bull came up and tried jumping on the deck to get our dog. We chased the dog off and didn’t have a problem again until about an hour later when I took my dog (60 lb black mouth cur) out to potty. Luckily my husband and son were outside with me because the pit bull ran toward us and came under our truck knocking me to the ground and tried to attack me and my dog. I was able to hold onto the leash as I went down and grabbed my dogs collar to pull her back towards me. This dog looked crazed and without a doubt was in attack mode. My husband grabbed the pit bull by the collar and pulled it back before it could attack anyone. The pit bull ran off and a couple of the neighbors that saw what happened came over. The one man told us the pit bull was a stray and tried to attack his dog two weeks before. On my way over to the office to let them know what happened one of the tenants said he saw what happened and was on phone with 911. After speaking with the 911 operator and them saying they would send someone out there my son and I continued next door to the office/owners place. We explained what happened and told them we were leaving, they said they were sorry and said we didn’t need to leave that one of the other tenants took the dog off about a block away and tied it to a pole. I explained that we could not chance the dog coming back again especially as my 80 year old mother was with us. They told us that the dog was a stray but they had never had a problem before that day. I know that was a lie because several tenants told us they had been having a problem with the pit bull coming up and causes problems. When we were hooking up to leave the owner drove by and said the police picked up the dog. At that point we couldn’t.t trust what they told us and the police or animal control never came by so I had serious doubts this was true. When my husband asked the owner for our money back he said he would have to talk to his wife first. Needless to say we didn’t see him again. Keep in mind we were only there about 5 hrs when this happened. We waited for about 30 mins but the owner never came back so we finally left and went to another place for the night.
I totally understand the pit bull was not the owners dog but they knew for weeks that the dog was a problem and didn’t do anything to prevent the dog from coming back onto the property, or at the very least warn me at check-in when she knew I had a dog. Any reasonable/decent person should have offered a refund. Guess they don’t feel they are responsible for what happens on their property.
