Totally agree with Bill Penn. We are headed south as part of the Full Timer migration and this park is exactly what we were looking for. This park is a 4+ for a one or two night stay. It is clean, has fire rings, well maintained, excellent paved clearly marked roads in and out, and wide paved sites. The sites are as level as you will find anywhere. Big rig isn't a problem at Lower White River so don't hesitate to book.
No frills, no trees and some highway noise....suggest ear plugs.
The nice lady associated with the park will come to your site around 6pm to collect your site fee
The park is also close to fuel (Loves & Exxon)
Definitely recommend to you and we will stay again when in the area.

The Lower White River RV Park was our 56th stop in our travels. This was an overnight stop arriving at 2:30 pm and departing at 9:30 am the next morning. No office? No bath house? No WiFi? No amenities? No problem. The park was immediately off I-40 and was a good stop for us – and there is road noise. Paved inner roads and pads with grass throughout the park. And was an excellent value.

Great camp ground! Very clean and the staff was polite. Great for a overnight stay after a long day of driving!

Easy set up for an overnight stay. Just pull in, choose spot and pay the person who is working. No facilities which is okay for us because we have what we need on our rig. Happy camping!

Located at jct of I-40 & Hwy 11.
Staff is super easy to work with.
Full hook-ups, pull-thru, level sites. No shower house.
Large mowed area for walking my dog, plus a state wildlife management area adjacent for exploring. Daffodils were beginning to bloom at old homestead (late January).
Convenient location means that you will see & hear the traffic. Gas / quick stop across road has easy in-out for larger rigs.
