Ohana Celebration is under new management/owners. It has a long, storied past. Check out the website. The new owners spend every day working to improve and redesign much of the park. There is an outer loop for long term (which we are) I have been here a week. There are a few campers that have run down RVs, but don't let it deter you. Beautiful place and great people. Fishing, swimming and boating is available in the lake. Full hook ups, 30/50 amps, clean restroom by the lake and heavily wooded with decent space between sites.
We've been here last year and were right across the lake. So we came back. It is under new ownership and the park is in working process with lots of maintenance underway to improve the campground, that had been neglected for many years. At one time this park had 318 sites and was famous for Bluegrass music festivals with 2 stages. Last year the only had 28 sites open. The new owners opened and improved a loop for full timers and have improved the wiring 30/50 Amps. plumbing and septic system 😀 in the park, as they reopen all sections. There is a 22 acre lake " Lake Elisabeth" stocked with fish. It can be used for trail walking around the lake, fishing, paddle boating , swimming and kayaking. Free for residents
Absolutely wonderful. The owner Malvin is so brotherly. You can't wrong here with the family feel and stunning beauty. They're in the process of remodeling and we are going to come back here for sure!!
