The facilities are very well maintained. If I had remembered to bring laundry detergent I’d have used the washer/dryer services. The bathrooms and showers are very clean and the park in general is manicured and beautiful.

Spent 8 days in the park. As a full timer I can say that this park has all the essentials covered that are important in RVing. Plenty of space for parking and a 40' fifth wheel. Utilities were on par with great water quality and pressure. Voltage was leaning a few volts higher, which is better than lower. Sewer hookup was placed forward of the other utilities which makes it easier to get to on most rigs. Long term neighbors were pleasant and respectful. Park is kept up clean and neat. Very convenient location to all the essentials in town if needed. Park management was very communicable and informed. Online booking is easy to use. Some of the comments and reviews of this RV park are mostly from new and inexperienced folks that are looking for useless amenities that are irrelevant to most people who live the life.

Looks smaller than on website. Sites are somewhat close together especially if you have a 5th-wheel with a large truck. Surrounding neighborhoods are somewhat sketchy looking, but experienced no trouble whatsoever.
The owner and camp host were extremely nice and accommodating. Cleanest bathroom and laundry ever seen in a RV Park. Distance to Hot Springs was great. Would stay there again.

We had a great couple nights experience & the park are well kept & the bath/Landry rooms are the cleanest we have seen. The gentleman in the office is great and friendly. The park located just minutes from all the nice restaurants & downtown bath houses.
We have enjoyed our time there & would return for sure.

Stayed a week and really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and the fenced in dog park next to the lake was great for our pups! Conveniently located in a quiet residential area just south of the main drag through town. We wished we could have launched our kayaks from their nice boat ramp and dock, but the weather didn’t agree! Maybe next visit!
