The new manager Joe is focused on ensuring every guest has a good experience! Grab a cup of coffee at the office.
Kevin is killing it on maintenance of the park.
The park is in the country but convenient to town.

Hello, I have lived at the Lazy b going on 4.5 years and boy can I say it’s been a blast! Joe the current manager and offers complimentary coffee and doughnuts the 1st through the 3rd each month as a Thank you for our guests staying with us! They are doing so many improvements to the park like horse shoe pit, new picnic tables, fire pit, stocked pond for guests to fish, and a frequently graded driveway! They also offer 24 hr propane exchange on 20 and 30 lb bottles for residents and are-very competitively priced!Joe is always trying to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible! They also offer a small food pantry with meat and vegetables for those guests that need just a little help! This is always done with discretion and is for any guest be it long term or short! This place has undergone such a transformation in upgrades and management availability! I would highly recommend you to stay at this beautifull quiet Rv park!

If I could rate this place Zero I would. Joanie the manager is not fit for that position. I paid her what she said what was owed, and even have it all on recordings, and the day I moved my RV she called the police which turned out to be a sheriff’s animal control (which is so dumb) and she tried saying I still owed her. I have receipts and voice recordings to show proof of it all. This is such a beautiful place for it to be ran by a terrible, unwell, unfit manager. I’ve spoken to quite a bit of residents there and they all have unpleasant things to say about her. Sadly, no one has the owners information.I would love to speak to the owner of this place to explain myself. When I asked joanie for his number she refused to give it to me. If anyone knows his information please let me know. Who knows what she will try to do next I just want to settle this once and for all.
Wanna thank the management of Lazy B RVPark for awesome 4 months. Joe Foley and Kevin Jones went above and beyond to make their customers happy. The RV Park is pet friendly, for sure you have to follow the rules such as dogs on leaches and clean up after your dog. They allowed temporary fencing, the spaces are generous , propane is available at the office. Siloam Springs is 3 miles away. Thank you Joe and Kevin for all you have done, we highly appreciate your service . You were awesome!🩷🩷🩷
