I'm giving this two stars because it's right on the river, so its pretty. But across the street from the river is a very busy highway so you hear that. It's supposed to have internet but it really doesn't. It's very unreliable. Can't stream but they told us that, but also lots of trouble just getting websites on computer. When I complained about it they wouldn't do anything to try to fix it and said that's normal and just keep trying. So why say you have wifi when it doesn't work? Also the bathrooms have locks on them but you can't get into them even if you have the code. The locks won't work. It is a nice place because it's near Hot Springs and it's got lots of things to see there. FHU good.

Moving in on 7/5/24 because so nice right on water. Manager was wonderful. RV Resort was clean and folks friendly. Look forward to 7/5

The only reason this got 4 stars on the location is because sometimes I can hear the sirens from emergency services, but other than that, it's great! The staff here are the best! Grounds are kept neat and tidy, the pool is always clean, and on-site laundry is so convenient as well as the shower rooms. I definitely recommend this place!

We had a great stay, be it short. We were using an old address, so it was across town from where we needed to be. It was very clean, everyone was nice. They had a Thanksgiving gathering in the office and welcomed everyone in. It is right on the lake and near restaurants.
