Absolutely stunning no matter which direction you look! The scenery is breathtaking, and the park is well-maintained, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff in the office were incredibly helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It was so convenient to have propane and supplies available right on the property, which made our stay even easier. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-run RV park near Hot Springs National Park, this is the place to be! We’ll definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at the KOA in Hot Springs, Arkansas! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to Jesse, who went out of his way to help us get our propane filled up—his kindness and professionalism really stood out. The campground itself is beautifully maintained, with clean facilities and well-kept grounds. The fishing pond is absolutely gorgeous—a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy nature. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the water or explore the local area, this KOA is the perfect home base. We highly recommend this campground and will definitely be back on our next trip through Hot Springs!

Me and my husban had the BEST experience staying at the Hot Springs KOA this past weekend! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch—Jessie, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful. He even went out of his way to provide us with an extra blanket, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and making sure everyone has a great stay. The campground itself is beautiful and so well-maintained. What really surprised me was how close it is to town—just a quick 5-minute drive, which made exploring Hot Springs super convenient. And wow, I did not expect this town to be so full of history! It has the coolest little shops and restaurants, each with so much personality. On top of that, if you love the outdoors, this is the perfect spot. There are so many great trails nearby for hiking, which was a huge bonus for me. And the cabin we stayed in? Absolutely perfect—super clean, cozy, and just a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We had such a great time and will definitely be coming back! If you're thinking about staying here, do it—you won’t regret it.

Check-in time for the cabin was 3PM. Upon arrival we were told our cabin wouldn't be ready for at least an hour. This was slightly frustrating, but ok. We mentioned we could wait at our friend's cabin and then come back to the store/ office to shop and bring the kids swimming. After getting into our cabin after 4PM, we got the kids dressed in swim clothes and hiked back to the pool and office - just to find it closed and the pool doesn't open until May (was currently March). Why didn't the folks in the office mention that by the time we got into out cabin the office would be closed and the pool was closed for the season?? Now the kids are mad and the parents look like the bad guys. Add to the list of issues with the cabin itself: Kitchen trash left full and overflowing TV with NO reception Dirty socks left in the bunk bed Hardly any water pressure in the shower Bathroom sink drain was broken Electrical switches that didn't seem to control anything Cabin backed up to the highway - was convinced trucks were coming through the wall a few times!! Office hours are a joke..If you wanted to do laundry before check-out time, too bad. There's no change machine and the office opens at 10AM, check-out is 11AM. How can you do laundry before its time to check out??? Definitely not my favorite KOA so far.

We stayed for at KOA for a long weekend. We chose the Deluxe Cabin. It is adorable, comfortable and well equipped. The porch swing and outdoor seating fire pit was a big plus. Jesse, one of the caretakers, always made sure we we well taken care of. I look forward to another fun weekend soon!
