Went camping in a cabin here and ended up with bed bugs. Friend who stayed with us also brought them home. Has cost us well over 2000 dollars and two treatments and we are still dealing with them months later. I called them to let them as soon as we found out and got a swift "okay thanks bye". The lady on the phone did not even ask for the cabin number which really surprised me. The lack of concern is worrying.
A $80 cabin night trip is not worth this pain, don't be us or at least triple check your cabins.

First off I want to say how fantastic the staff was...
Whatever I needed they tried to accommodate and I was very pleased on the amount of items that carry in the store.
As far as the location goes the area is fantastic especially for motorcycle st , but the highway noise was the only reason I do not give it a five star for location. The facilities need work on the roads, and we stayed at the primitive tent site area... And that was all good.
The main bath house with laundry room is what made this trip better.
Of course they can't control all things and other, so my only gripe was the people that brought their dogs and then don't know how to pick up the Poo scattered all over the road that we have to walk to going to the bathhouse and the dogs barking at night. This is definitely a site that I would come back to, especially if the kids were with me, as the pool is very nice.

Employees were wonderful. The grounds are kept clean, laundry and showers were immaculate, our site came with a propane grill and a large fire pit. The swimming pool was extremely clean and really big for a small KOA
No complaints at all about this place

The location is prestine. 8-10 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and all its anneities.
The scenery is majestic.
The campground is very well kept and extremely clean.
The laundry, restrooms and showers are military cleanliness levels.
By far the best part of the experience of KOA Eureka Springs are the Owners, They offer a level of hospitality second to none. Kind, gracious, dedicated, caring are a few words used to describe the owners and Staff.
