As far as RV parks go they are not bad at 249 a month all utilities included they are far cheaper than anybody else it's quiet it's out of the way and the pine trees are nice there is a bus stop only about a five minute walk away you're not very far from the Valero and the family Dollar and all that stuff that's there at the military in MacArthur so you're close to everything really in the highway is just right around the corner too not a bad place you would know it was there and that should be looking for it.

I don't like bashing any business but since this park wanted to charge me $40 per night and they obviously had friends and family rate it high to attract the unsuspecting I must say that in all our travels we have never seen a more unappealing rv park. In fact, we would be concerned for our safety in this park.

I will not stay here again. All residents with run down RVs. I would not go outside.

It's a very safe relaxed quiet place as another reviewer mentioned 'home sweet home" anywhere u go to call e it's what you make it out to be.Ive made the area a place that is cozy and clean bc you make it what you put in it..rate it a top 5"
