Had such an amazing family vacation here! And definitely would recommend it to others! I saw some deers and night, a big snake, and some raccoons. Overall experience was amazing the restrooms were clean, the yurt, and cottages were clean as well. The housekeeping lady was nice. There are so many fun things to do here. The lake was also fun to swim in.
Family camping trip June 2022. Nice level concrete pads and clean and very large bathrooms with showers. Swimming pool was nice and there is a splash pad for the kids next to it. The office was only open until 5, which I thought was a bit inconvenient and they didn't really have anything in there for camping supplies. Located right on a tributary of Lake Catherine, beautiful ICE COLD water being close to the damn. We rented kayaks one day and paddled up to the dam and back, it was really convenient and reasonably priced. We also rented a pontoon boat and spent a day on the lake which was also pretty reasonably priced and the boat was pretty new. Hot Springs is a short drive and there are 2 Dollar General's within a few minutes drive. All in all a nice place to spend a few days.
I just spent a week at this beautiful park. I can’t say enough about how clean and well-kept it is. I booked online painlessly. When I arrived there was a package waiting for me on the board. I was tired and did not have to go in and sign a bunch of paperwork. I went to my spot, hooked up, and starting relaxing. Everything worked just like it should. Folks in golf carts came by several times a day asking if I needed anything. Everyone was super friendly. I will be back. This is one of the most beautiful RV parks in the country. Please use the directions on their website to enter the park. My GPS took me through a residential neighborhood which is no fun with a 40 foot toy hauler. Instead of heeding the directions on their website, I figured I knew better and just used my GPS. Don’t do that. I scraped a few trees on the narrow residential streets. I don’t think I did any damage, but please come in the way they suggest.
We had a pull through site with full hook up. Location has splash pad and pool that my kids loved with the temp being above 100. There is also disc golf and small walking trail. Did not use laundry facility but was clean and looked to be in good working condition. The RV park was just a short drive from Hot Springs. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.
We only stayed one night but will be back when we are in the area. Very nice park with wide spaces to accommodate the largest RVs. They also have yurts. We stayed in site 21 which was a pull through and was able to accommodate our 42 foot motorhome and towed vehicle. Each site has a paved driveway and patio with table and BBQ. The office is beautiful and overlooks a lovely pool. The park appears to have several bath house which looked nice. Additionally, the park sits on Lake Catherine and they do rent boats. There are RV back-in sites right on the water also. I highly recommend this park if you are in Hot Springs. The park is with 10 minutes of the National Park, restaurants and bars.
