Great place, great landlord, and great neighborhood. I've never had an issue here. Theresa is a great landlord, seems to be always available. Not sure if they are 30 amp setup, but i know they are 50 amp, so that covers all of the below.

This is a great place to live near little rock. We moved here one year ago to be close to children's hospital for our daughter, and Theresa has taken good care of us. Always clean and peaceful neighborhood.

I love the atmosphere here. Wether your short term or long term your made to feel at home. Great location, near shopping and the freeway. The manager is hands on with the property and goes above expectations to accommodate. The price is affordable and the tenants all are very nice.

It is near a busy road and there is rail road tracks nearby which we hear when outside, but not inside our RV. We have a great spot. It is hard to get together with the manager as she is very busy. She does answer her phone which is nice. We have plenty of room to park.

I’ve read through some of these reviews and they’re completely unfair to how Brookwood and Theresa actually are! I was on a trip and in a desperate state and Theresa welcomed me in with open arms. She is truly an incredibly kind and warm hearted person, had nothing but interesting stories and warm words to share. I’m extremely frustrated that people have bad things to say about this woman as she is nothing but a angel making a beautiful place for people to live in despite incredibly tough circumstances of having a full tornado hit. Don’t listen to any of these negative reviews they’re completely inaccurate and pathetic. They have very big lots in a beautiful space, electric setups and water connections. I highly encourage anybody travelling or looking for a place to stay to look no further than right here. Amazing people with a lovely place and kindness in their hearts. If I could offer 6 stars I absolutely would.
