The park was gorgeous, they were very nice there. They have a little breakfast restaurant on the weekends. That was very good. Sausage ehh but bacon and pancakes were awesome! Roads are hilly so going to get good exercise after eating that!

We stayed for a few nights before the eclipse. This was a very busy week for the campground but things were in decent shape. We were too early in the season for the pool and it didn't appear that the mini golf was open (the greens look pretty rough). We had a pull thru site with full hooks ups. Everything was in good working order at our site. We checked out the playground, dog park and did a few loads of laundry. This is a convenient spot for visiting Hot Spring National Park.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The grounds were meticulously maintained, presenting a beautiful appearance. The restrooms were remarkably clean, and the pleasant showers were highly appreciated, especially since my camper lacks one. The location is conveniently situated just around the corner from the Off-Road Park and a short drive to town.

This was a nice KOA.
You are still close to your neighbors, but the various loops meant we didn't have anyone behind us. We had a nice tent space. There is a fountain and play area. Also a pool, but it wasn't filled yet, so I can't speak to that.
Honestly the space looked nicer than the national park camping, which was a big surprise to us.

The location was great. National Park is a few minutes away. Great for a weekend. Cabins do have animal odor. They say no pets, but you can see cat and dog hair in certain areas. This deluxe cabin came with everything you need. The freezer was really small, but it can fit a bag of ice, but you need to empty a quarter of ice out.
