Now doing business as Caddo Valley RV Park. I called last minute to get a site for overnight, as in we are very close. They were able to get us in. The park is getting a facelift with renovations. The shower house/ restroom looked great and was very clean. In the dark we were lead to our camp site. It was very quiet over night. Definitely would/ will stay here again. I did notice a laundry room, club house and pool. Thanks for the accommodations!!!!

We called the park at 10pm and the owners were beyond accommodating. We pulled in to the campground around 11:15pm and Chris was outside waiting for us to direct us to the site. We didn't need the showers but the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. It is right off the Hwy but you can't hear the traffic.
My kids loved Sam the talking Parrot in the office. So stop in and have him sing for you.

Melissa and her husband gave us a very warm welcome, and directed us to a nice, level pull through site! Was perfect! Full hookups, great wifi, no cable! Easy access off the interstate. Some road noise, but that's the tradeoff for a convenient location! Highly recommend!

Manager was very friendly. She was gone when we arrived but was assessable by phone. She told us where to park and when she would return. Very courteous during the check in process. Made sure we knew how to contact her if we needed anything.
While in the office with my dog one of the kids kicked at her scaring her.
The park is way over priced for what was available . No cable and wi-if was not very strong - in fact could not use it at all. $40 is entirely to high for only water, electric and sewer hook up. The prices for much nicer parks range from $25 - $35. Other than that it was quiet and served the purpose for our overnight stay

The facility is convenient to get in and out and close to what you need. The bathroom was clean and they have laundry facilities. It seemed a little pricey at $44/night but we're new to the RV scene so that rate may be suitable. The only issues I had were road noise from interstate and no cable for TV.
