This place is fantastic! I move around allot for the railroad and I've stayed at countless RV parks, some good, some bad. This place is by far the best park I've stayed at. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. The park itself is easy to find and is very well kept. The owners take pride in their park and they actually care about each person that comes to stay with them. They let you know that you can call them anytime if you need anything.
The park is very quiet and they have laundry facilities on the property. Several spots are shaded and some even have picnic tables and fire pits. The water is clean and the electricity has been very stable. The price is very fair and reasonable. Also, the area around the park has some really good restaurants and your not far from Searcy if you need a Lowe's or Walmart. Talk to Mr. Barnes if you need good recommendations on anything from food to RV maintenance shops or pretty much anything else, he'll always help and have an entertaining story or two to tell. Also, don't be surprised when you get waves and smiles from other residents there. Everyone I've encountered has been very friendly and cheerful. I highly recommend Barnes R.V. & Mobile home park, whether you need to stay a night, week or a few months, you will be treated with the exact same respect by the owners. A++ service!!

Fred is such a friendly owner, he has a life-time of stories to tell if you have the time. We stayed for five days. He helped us park and came often to tell us all of the out of the way places to visit. It was during the solar eclipse and he kept his regular rates. Laundry was clean.

We stayed the night here and arrived pretty late but the owner still held the flashlight for my husband while I got the kids ready for bed. It was a warm welcome and we had a great night of sleep. It’s an easy to get to RV park with enough amenities to get you what you need. I highly recommend this as a stop.

This was a fun place to stop overnight on our drive between Eureka Springs Arkansas and Red Bay Alabama. The gentleman that checked us in took the time to tell us a bit about the history of the town and also gave us a solar powered dryer - lol (see picture). Loved the humor.
We were also given a great restaurant recommendation for Who Dat Cajun food.
Loved this memorable stop in our travels 💜

Some of the best folks you’ll ever meet run Barnes RV in Bald Knob, Arkansas. Great family/friendly atmosphere. If you’re ever in this area looking for a campground for your RV, this is the best place you’ll find.
